We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Our Glicee Fine Art Prints are printed, framed and shipped to our specifications by hand-selected manufacturers in Australia, US and the UK. From The Netherlands we also ship to most European countries. Please contact us if your country is unavailable at check-out as we can sometimes offer international shipping. Each print is safely packaged in biodegradable packaging before being mailed using carbon-offset delivery via trackable courier.

Order tracking

Our prints are individually hand made to order and with high demand each piece can take between 2 to 3 weeks to print, mount, frame and ship. Your order will be updated at each stage, so you can see how it's progressing. Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive our order updates.

Returns

Each photograph is printed and framed just for you in the size and frame of your choice. That means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after your order hits our print room. If for any reason your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition please let us know and we will repair or replace it.
