Description

Enhance the look and performance of your BMW K-series motorcycle with this stylish velocity stack air intake and pod filter kit. This complete plug and play kit removes the unsightly oem airbox. Included is four diagonally mounted intake pipes finished in a sleek black, with your choice of either a round open air mesh velocity stack or oval high performance black air filter. This upgrade mildly increases power and torque, whilst greatly increasing look. This kit is only suitable for BMW K100/K1100 that don't have a flow meter, which is 1989 onwards.

Kit removes the entire airbox and replaces it with 4x intake + velocity stack or 4x intake + filter. A hole for the sensor must be made if required.

The Black Open Mesh kit comes with the following parts:
4x black rubber intake elbow
4x aluminium velocity stacks
8x hose clamp

The Black Oval Filter kit comes with the following parts:

Filter kit looks the goods
I had my reservations buying parts online without actually seeing them in person, but pleasantly surprised with this kit. The filters look and feel high quality, the fixings are all stainless and the rubbers feel durable. Fitting it was easy enough, I'd say it took me about 30 minutes. Personally I'd recommend this as a great alternative to the Powerbrick kit which is triple the price.
