Whilst we ship all of our products daily from our Northern Beaches warehouse in Sydney, unfortunately we do not stock this item on-site and it is sent directly from the supplier or manufacturer. The shipping of these Special Order products is charged at a flat rate delivery fee and they're typically delivered in 3-7 business days. Special Order products are excluded from our 60-day returns policy and therefore all sales are final and we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.
