Shipping & Returns / Special Order

Whilst we typically ship via Auspost daily from our Northern Beaches warehouse in Sydney, this item is handmade and/or special order which means there is additional manufacturing or freight time required. The total time for delivery can be anywhere from 2-8 weeks and is shown below the cart button. For these products we take an initial deposit, manufacture or order the items, and charge your payment method once it’s ready to leave our warehouse. You can cancel your order at anytime via our self-service portal, subject to cancellation fees. As soon as the final payment is processed, you can expect an Auspost delivery of your goods in 3-5 days. Made to order and special order products are ineligible to be returned.
