Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, the Serpent 2-into-1 represents a unique upgrade for the (2023-26) Triumph Scrambler 900. The Serpent's advanced baffle architecture unlocks performance potential while maintaining acoustic sophistication. The unrestricted flow through the central passage creates refined sound characteristics, whilst the strategically designed collector harnesses extractor dynamics to elevate mid-range torque response. Weighing merely 4kg, it eliminates over 7kg of unnecessary mass compared to the stock Triumph Scrambler 900 system, enhancing overall bike dynamics. The streamlined profile preserves factory Triumph aesthetics and ground clearance without compromise. Simple bolt-on installation takes approximately 30 minutes from start to finish with no fabrication or frame modifications required to your Triumph Scrambler 900.

NOTES:
The Serpent exhaust system does not require ECU reprogramming. It is incredibly simple to install and also revert back if required. Simply install, turn the bike on and allow it to idle until the cooling fan kicks on and this will recalibrate the ECU for the increased airflow. Riders are responsible to learn and abide by their local laws.

Serpent 2-into-1 Exhaust
Serpent 2-into-1 Exhaust For (2016-26) Triumph Bonneville T120 So the install of the pipe is easy. Getting the original pipes off is an absolute pig of a job unless you want to take a angle grinder to it. I ended up taking tank off and undoing frame to remove and then install but the new pipes are worth it. the only little problem I have with it is it needs to sit just a few mills higher at the end but I can probably fix it myself with a few little adjustments otherwise perfecto love it.

Mega sound!
Great sound, loud but no drone. I assume the dB killers provide some noise reduction but they went straight in the bin haha. Loud pipes save lives

Sounds great!
Sounds great! Took me about an hour to install, probably could have done it a bit quicker but some of the mounting was finicky.. Overall definitely worth it!
