Ever since I could walk I was on a motorcycle. My parents threw me over the tank and took me on their old enduros before I could even ride a bicycle. Eventually I was given the seat to myself, a 1980 Yamaha 175 2 stroke. I couldn’t touch the ground so my parents pushed it whilst I let the clutch out in second gear, the gear I’d stay in as I couldn't even reach the shifter. I was addicted and the rest is history. Throughout my 20's I bought and built a couple bikes a year. At the same time, my growing passion for photography was heavily influenced by motorcycles as I always had a camera strapped to me on my rides. For me riding and shooting go hand in hand and keep me continually searching for new connections and spaces to capture. Oftentimes, shoots take me to spots where it just becomes one big hang out and we all forget we're even there to work. If you photograph your passion, you never have to work a day in your life.
